I have been working in education for the past five years, and throughout this time I have had the opportunity to work closely with children of different ages and individual needs. One of the things I value most in my work is creating individualised support, as I truly believe that every child is their own little world and learns, grows, and expresses themselves in their own unique way.

I also have a background in Educational Psychology, which has given me valuable tools to better understand each child’s individual needs and find different ways to support their learning and development. My biggest pride and most rewarding part of this work is seeing how much the children I work with grow over time whether academically, socially, emotionally, or simply in their confidence in themselves.

I believe that building a trusting relationship and creating a safe space for each child is essential. For me, being able to support a child in finding the approach that works best for them, while helping them feel seen, understood, and confident, is one of the most meaningful parts of being an educator.
