DIRECTOR OF LEARNING & SAFEGUARDING

Manj started his teaching career in Maidstone and has over 20 years of experience in education, having built a career leading school improvement, driving organisational change and developing high-performing leadership teams.  Having been a Headteacher and held a range of senior leadership positions across diverse educational settings, he has extensive experience shaping strategy, improving educational outcomes and supporting schools through periods of growth and transformation.  

His work has centred on creating sustainable improvement by strengthening leadership, embedding high standards and fostering cultures where both staff and pupils can thrive.  He is particularly committed to inclusive education, believing that every child should have access to exceptional opportunities that enable them to realise their potential and develop the confidence, resilience and skills needed for future success.  

He is passionate about collaborative leadership and believes that lasting improvement is achieved through strong partnerships, evidence-informed practice and an unwavering focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
