I have a bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Trinity College Dublin and since then have been working for the last 4 years as a Science teacher in a school in London and more recently as a Subject Lead for KS3 Science at the same school.

I finished my degree during COVID which made me realise I really wanted to work with people on a daily basis! I always enjoyed learning new things about the natural world at school and wanted to do that professionally.

I became a Chemistry teacher, for Bunsen burners. But really it's building relationships with lots of different people and experiencing that learning journey together.
