I am originally from Ukraine. My curiosity about languages, people, and learning has always been an important part of my life. I completed a bachelor's degree in Linguistics and began my career in education, taking on a variety of teaching roles in Ukraine. 

I went on to complete a master's degree in Photojournalism and Documentary at the University of the Arts London. I moved to Portugal in 2015 and have called it home ever since. I worked as an Administrative Assistant at a printing studio specialised in archival printmaking for artists and galleries, while also pursuing my passion for photography. 

Joining BSL has allowed me to bring together the skills and experiences I have developed throughout my life. I enjoy creating a welcoming and supportive environment for students, families, and colleagues. I find it especially rewarding to help people feel at ease, and to be part of a community where students are inspired to learn and thrive. 

Outside of work, I like visiting art exhibitions and museums, and spending time in nature. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is also important to me, and I make time for regular exercise and building healthy habits. I also love going out with friends, reading, and travelling whenever I have the opportunity.
