During my early career I qualified as a Learning Disabilities Nurse and then moved into a nursing role within Mental Health. As my career progressed, I learnt that we are all different, all unique, and my appreciation of these differences grew. This appreciation of differences leads to why my aim in a school is to celebrate each of us for who we are. 

I changed career paths to work as a school nurse when we went to live and work in Qatar, and here I made the transition to work as a TA across the primary age range. Having moved to Lisbon I am looking forward to working alongside new students with the aim of helping them celebrate their uniqueness. 

Away from work I love to travel, exploring art and culture. Along my journey I gather inspiration to use in my own creativeness, I love to live life in colour
