I am thrilled to be a member of the BSL team! My main aim is to create a stimulating, dynamic and supportive environment for each and every student that I work with.

Since graduating from The University of Limerick in 2019, I have worked in a number of schools across County Limerick, Ireland. My love for travelling brought me to Lisbon and I have been thoroughly enjoying exploring the different cultural landmarks and cuisines. 

My passion lies in Special Educational Support and in 2021, I decided to further my education by completing a Master’s degree in Music Therapy. This informs my approach and helps me to promote the wellbeing and agency of the children and families I work with. Promoting curiosity and highlighting the joy of learning is something I try to implement in every lesson.

ABOUT MS MEADE

I love to be creative, whether it’s through sewing new garments, crocheting colourful accessories or playing some music, I am usually busy making something! I love animals and I am very grateful to have grown up around many. On weekends you can usually find me with some yarn and a crochet hook in the park!
