STAFF PROFILE - TA

Jennylyn Mateo

“I EXCEL IN FOSTERING NURTURING AND INCLUSIVE CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENTS THAT ENCOURAGE CURIOSITY, INDEPENDENCE, AND SELF-ASSURANCE.”

Play serves as the fundamental medium through which young children investigate and comprehend the world. Each child possesses distinct strengths and interests that can be utilized to enhance their learning.

I am a passionate and dedicated Early Years and Primary Teaching Assistant with eight years of experience in facilitating children's learning and development.

My journey in early years education commenced shortly after I obtained my diploma in Early Childhood Studies. I transitioned from my initial role in a bustling nursery to my current position at a prestigious primary school.

I excel in fostering nurturing and inclusive classroom environments that encourage curiosity, independence, and self-assurance. I have experience in implementing both play-based and structured learning activities, monitoring progress, and tailoring support to address individual needs. I am a strong communicator, collaborating effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues, and I am committed to safeguarding and promoting positive behavior management.
